Booking & Reservations

You can make a reservation directly through our website, by phone, or by visiting one of our locations. Simply select your pickup and return dates, choose your vehicle, and complete the booking process.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

Yes, a valid credit card in the renter's name is required for all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Requirements & Documents

You need: (1) Valid driver's license, (2) Credit card in your name, (3) Proof of insurance (or purchase our insurance), (4) Be at least 21 years old.

Yes, we accept international driving permits along with your original license from your home country.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver fee.

Pricing & Payment

The base rate includes: basic insurance, unlimited mileage (for most vehicles), 24/7 roadside assistance, and vehicle maintenance.

Additional fees may apply for: airport pickup, additional drivers, GPS rental, child seats, young driver surcharge, and fuel (if not returned full).

The security deposit is typically released within 3-7 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Yes, contact us before your return date to extend your rental. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned full. If not returned full, a refueling charge will apply.
